World Cup Research!

The FIFA world cup is coming nearer and since theres nothing better to do now during the holz.. i've decided to follow the games this season.. XD

FYI, i have NO knowledge at all bout the current football thingy.. but theres no harm in gaining a little bit of important general knowledge rite~

fun facts bout the soccer world:

• world cup comes every four years
• world cup involves countries (englang, brazil, spain etc...) as teams.. not clubs (Manchaster United, Liverpool, Chalsea etc...)
• This year's tournament will be held in South Africa
• The chosen mascot is teddy "bear"!!
• The brand name "Adidas" comes from the name of its founder --> Adi Dassler
• Arthur Friendereich who played in the 1910-1930s scored the most goals of more then 1000++ goals making well-known players like Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, or Bacham looks like primary school players.. ngehehe.. (according to history channel)

anyhow, i'm betting supporting one of the big teams - Brazil!
